The Contents of An End and a Beginning is a 14-page, hand-sewn zine juxtaposing two writings. The first (An End and A Beginning) is a repaginated version of a 1979 writing by Ulises Carrión originally published in Umbrella, a quarterly journal about artist books. The second (The Contents of) is a list-poem where I attempt to catalog and describe the contents of (kopie) (kopie) (kopie) (kopie) notitle, a 160-page hand-bound book documenting many of the references I use throughout my work. It also contains two hidden poems: Think of and Concrete Meadow Moans.
In the spirit of my original portfolio project (and to award you for reading all this), The Contents of an End and a Beginning is available for free if you send me something in the mail. That’s right, send me anything you want, along with your mailing address, and I’ll send you a copy. As long as this description is here, I have copies available to send. You can request the current mailing address here.
